Vincent J. Walker- Acting General Manager, Marianas

Mr. Walker has been with G4S since 2006 and has 25 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Contract Management, with the previous 16 years focused in the private security and business support industry.

A former U.S. Marine Non-Commissioned Officer at the Rank of Sergeant, in 2012 Mr. Walker transitioned from Manned Secure Solutions and was selected as Managing Director of Cash Solutions, while also maintaining a dual role as the Business Development and Contracts Manager.


While Mr. Walker’s primary focus is corporate customer relations and retention, he is a professional in the technical analysis, negotiations and closing of multi-faceted and complex multi-year secured cash transit and manned security service contracts, relating to U.S. Federal and local Guam government requirements.

Accounting Director

Crisanto S. Ortiz CPA, CGMA- Finance Director, Marianas

Cris holds CPA credentials in the Philippines and the United States and a CIMA qualified accountant.  He has over 18 years of managerial experience in financial accounting and internal audit with focus on financial reporting, analysis and ERP/financial suite implementations. He has industry exposures in mining, health care, construction, engineering, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics and non-profit.

As Finance Director for the Marianas business units, Cris leads a team that supports the organizations’ sales and operational divisions with emphasis in providing timely and accurate financial information.  He provides financial stewardship to the business units in alignment with the G4S Group’s mission and core values

HR Director

Charlotte Huntsman, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR - Human REsources Director, Marianas

Charlotte D. Huntsman, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR has recently joined G4S Marianas as Director of Human Resources. Charlotte has over 17-years of experience as an international human resources leader and has secured her professional human resources designations (PHR and SHRM-CP).  Her work spans from the Middle East (Oman, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi) to Southeast Asia (Indonesia and South Korea) to the United States (New York) and now back to her hometown of Guam.  

Charlotte has a diverse background in the industries of military contracting, hospital, and non-profit organizations.  She has worked for DynCorp International, the USO, Human Rights Watch, and most recently, the Guam Regional Medical City, where she was instrumental in the development of the Human Resources Department.

MSS Director

paul suba- operations director, manned security solutions

Paul brings over 38 years of law enforcement experience.  He has served in various positions with the Guam Police Department (GPD). Most notably he served at the pleasure of the Governor of Guam, and was assigned as the GPD Police Chief. He also served in various departments such as SWAT, Investigations, Forensics Science and Operations. Back to top

SiL kadiasang- Acting ESS Operations Director, Marianas

Mr. Kadiasang has been active in the Security Industry for over 30 years. His background includes being a service member of the U. S. Army as a military policeman and correctional specialist. His career started in the Electronic Security Industry as a fire alarm installer; he has since installed, supervised, managed, repaired and managed a wide range of Electronic Security Systems and Projects to include major Naval projects.

Mr. Kadiasang has held various positions in the Electronic Security Industry ranging from installer, service repair technician, Technical Division Manager, General Manager and Vice President.

Sales Director

Teresa kasperbauer Sakazaki- Sales & Marketing Director, marianas

Ms. Sakazaki has over 20 years of International Sales & Marketing Management experience working with multi-national corporations.

Past and present focus includes but not limited to responsibility for establishing and directing the sales and marketing activities of G4S Marianas, including advertising and public relations. These activities affect the direction and goals of the different business units operating in Guam and the CNMI.

Director

Dwight martin- information technology director, marianas

Dwight was the IT Manager at a local broadcast company. The company grew from 2 radio stations to 5 radio stations and 3 TV stations in the 16 years he served. Dwight came aboard G4S in May of 2009 to bring our Information Technologies into the 21st century. He immediately implemented IT changes which co workers embraced. These changes not only improved Information Technologies but also reduced overall costs.


Guam has been his home since 1991. Over the years Dwight has developed skill sets beneficial to keeping Information Technologies running during/after natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes. Guam has had many typhoons since 1992, one example being Typhoon Paka (1997) with wind speeds in excess of 236 Mph ( 379 Kph). In 1993 an 8.2 magnitude earthquake rocked Guam for 60 seconds.


During and after these extreme events major utilities for all of Guam are offline for as long as 6 weeks. No matter what the conditions, business & Information Technologies must continue.

Moises Pangelinan jr. - cnmi branch manager

G4S CNMI Branch Manager has over 11 years’ experience in the Safety and manages the Electronic Security Systems business unit division along with the man secure solutions and Cash-in- Transit Solutions Division.


Mr. Pangelinan is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to- day business and duties of about 250 employees. He also holds the distinction of being the largest and most sought after security company in Micronesia (Saipan, Tinian & Rota).
