Mr. Walker has been with G4S since 2006 and has 25 years' experience in Sales, Marketing and Contract Management, with the previous 17 years focused in the private security industry.

A former U.S. Marine, Mr. Walker is the example of determined and persistent career growth. In 2000, his security journey began as a security officer, working the graveyard shift at a local condominium. Each year he achieved upward progression, and in 2004 joined the Sales department in promoting the company. Mr. Walker sharpened his skills in sales and business development and was appointed to Business Development Manager in 2006. In 2012, Mr. Walker transitioned from Manned Secure Solutions and was selected as Managing Director of Cash Solutions, while also maintaining a dual role as the Business Development and Contracts Manager.

After completing the extensive year long G4S Asia Pacific Leadership development program in 2016, Mr. Walker was promoted to Acting General Manager. He achieved the final confirmation to Country Managing Director of Guam & Saipan in August 2017.

Accounting Director


Cris holds CPA credentials in the Philippines and the United States and a CIMA qualified accountant.  He has over 18 years of managerial experience in financial accounting and internal audit with focus on financial reporting, analysis and ERP/financial suite implementations. He has industry exposures in mining, health care, construction, engineering, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics and non-profit.

As Finance Director for the Marianas business units, Cris leads a team that supports the organizations’ sales and operational divisions with emphasis in providing timely and accurate financial information.  He provides financial stewardship to the business units in alignment with the G4S Group’s mission and core values.

MSS Director


Innovative and Integrated Security Solutions with an emphasis on technology with a customer service focus, best describes G4S Secure Solutions - Manned Security Services Operations Manager, Greg Duenas. Mr. Duenas first started his career with G4S in February 2004 as a security officer and quickly mastered the skills in all aspects of security operations. In 2014 he advanced to Operations Manager and has quickly developed an efficient and effective operations capability.

Mr. Duenas has developed a successful Document Solutions business support capability and secure document destruction and storage, servicing banks and commercial customers with trained professional staff. He also oversees Facilities and Grounds keeping department, which was started in 2015. Mr. Duenas developed strong skills in planning and anticipating service requirements to provide the best security solution services to customers.

He has hands on approach to daily operational requirements, he is certified in National Incident Management Systems (NIMS 100-800 series), he maintains certification as an instructor for 1st Aid/CPR/AED & Blood borne Pathogens, and maintains proficiency through instruction. He researches best practices and liaisons with local and federal law enforcement and homeland security staff to provide the best service based on knowledge, historical data and local knowledge. Greg Duenas is a self-starter whom customers have entrusted their safety and security without hesitation, and rely on Greg’s assessments and recommendations for their security needs. 


On November 01, 2017 Mr. Duenas was promoted to MSS Director Marianas.

Cash Director


Born and raised in the great state of Texas, Mr. Betancourt has worn many hats over the last 19 years in the hotel Hospitality and man guarding divisions of the company, the beginnings as a “front line” Security Officer” were a humbling time and had given Paul the importance of not only being a good employee but also a service professional treating all as if there were a customer internally and externally. Currently, he is assigned at the G4S Cash Solutions division as the Cash Processing Center, Operations Control Center and Facility Manager working closely with the transit department.

Throughout his career he has also had the opportunity to work closely with the clients and there properties , one way of helping is by receiving certification courses and then giving the properties training at the clients properties with little to no cost.

Silas Kadiasang, Ess operations director, marianas

Mr. Kadiasang has been active in the Security Industry for over 30 years. His background includes being a service member of the U. S. Army as a military policeman and correctional specialist. His career started in the Electronic Security Industry as a fire alarm installer; he has since installed, supervised, managed, repaired and managed a wide range of Electronic Security Systems and Projects to include major Naval projects.

Mr. Kadiasang has held various positions in the Electronic Security Industry ranging from installer, service repair technician, Technical Division Manager, General Manager and Vice President.

Sales Director


Ms. Sakazaki has over 20 years of International Sales & Marketing Management experience working with multi-national corporations. 

Past and present focus includes but not limited to responsibility for establishing and directing the sales and marketing activities of G4S Marianas, including advertising and public relations. These activities affect the direction and goals of the different business units operating in Guam and the CNMI.

Dwight was the IT Manager at a local broadcast company. The company grew from 2 radio stations to 5 radio stations and 3 TV stations in the 16 years he served. Dwight came aboard G4S in May of 2009 to bring our Information Technologies into the 21st century. He immediately implemented IT changes which co workers embraced. These changes not only improved Information Technologies but also reduced overall costs.

Guam has been his home since 1991. Over the years Dwight has developed skill sets beneficial to keeping Information Technologies running during/after natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes. Guam has had many typhoons since 1992, one example being Typhoon Paka (1997) with wind speeds in excess of 236 Mph ( 379 Kph). In 1993 an 8.2 magnitude earthquake rocked Guam for 60 seconds.

During and after these extreme events major utilities for all of Guam are offline for as long as 6 weeks. No matter what the conditions, business & Information Technologies must continue.

CNMI Manager


G4S CNMI Branch Manager has over 11 years’ experience in the Safety and manages the Electronic Security Systems business unit division along with the man secure solutions and Cash-in- Transit Solutions Division.

Mr. Pangelinan is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to- day business and duties of about 250 employees. He also holds the distinction of being the largest and most sought after security company in Micronesia (Saipan, Tinian & Rota).

Roni graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Philippines, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science. She has been a human resources practitioner for more than 30 years, and had worked with an insurance firm, a mass-transport company and a non-profit, non-governmental organization which employs a diverse workforce, from social workers, productions staff and foresters among others.

When Roni migrated to Guam in 2010, her first job was as an HR Assistant at G4S. Since then, she has provided support to the objectives and purpose of the Human Resources Department and collaboration with the different departments (G4S Marianas) in the attainment of their goals.
